Yes! Winter is finally here in Israel, and with it – SNOW!
This year I went a little overboard with excitement… here are the results.
Yo wadup Maniacs??
It’s Passover in Israel and you know what that means! oh..you don’t?
It’s a Jewish holiday that marks the outing of the Jewish people from Egypt…blah blah anyway!
We have like a HUGE spring break from university, school, work, and I’m resting my ass off literally now..
I made ton of videos when I stayed in my parent’s house for the holiday dinner and I need to edit all of them, but for now check out my latest video for those of you who hadn’t got the chance to hear me rap 🙂
And another video I uploaded before this one, of the Israeli clubber types I’ve diagnosed during my years of clubbing here in Israel 🙂
So since I had a lot of free time last week me and my good friend Lin who is also a blogger, went for a photoshoot in the botanical gardens of my university.
Here are some of the pics she took of me 🙂
That’s it for now! I’ll be having some new video’s coming up so make sure you subscribe to my YouTube channel to be the first to see them!
Love you my little Maniacs! ♥♥
Sup maniacs? 🙂
As you all know [caz you obviously read my hard worked ‘about’ tab above], I’m a university student, and im pleased to announce that….
This is the last week of the first semester in my second year in the university, and in 4 more exams, I cant say I finished half a degree!
I’m so eager to finish my studies! I’m just so tired from it and I seriously lack the energy to go through with it.
But anyway, this week we’re having a Japanese calligraphy workshop [I’m majoring in Asian studies], and it’s my second time participating in it.
In the workshop we carve the calligraphy in wood [kokuji shodou], it’s a very unique calligraphy technique, and this year I’m carving the character for “fire”.
Today we just wrote it on paper and in the next days we’ll carve it on wood. In the next post I’ll show you my progress 🙂
Last year’s workshop, I carved a much more complicated character, “consideration”, in order to convey the need for consideration towards animals. What’s funny is that my boyfriend [not at that time] Michael carved an “animal” character, which is kinda complementary 🙂
So yesterday I made a vegan lunch for me and my Michael. i made Quinoa, Asian green beans with sesame seeds and Korean style tofu [dubu jorim]…it was delicious! OMNOMNOM!
Oh and another thing, a vegan friend of mine who studies makeup, wants me to model for her! So this week we made some trial photoshoots… And I got her to curl my hair!
I’ll upload more pics on the next post!
Things are getting more solid with The Twilight Saga Parody and it’ll be on my channel in the following days…
I’m sooooo excited!
I can’t wait for when my hard work will be out there on YouTube 🙂
And apparently I’m not the only one! Here are some Twilight fans who are excited about my upcoming parody!
Stay tuned for the next post…there’s gonna be some sexy photos 🙂
And don’t forget to subscribe to my channel to be the first ones to watch The Twilight Saga Parody!
Hello Henya Maniacs 🙂
What better day than this freezing winter day to tell you guys all about my next project?
It’s a project bigger than i ever done and I’m absolutely THRILLED about it!
Are you ready?
Wait for it,
Wait for it…
It’s The Twilight Saga Parody!!!
At this stage I’m not gonna say much about it, cause I don’t want to spoil it for you 🙂
But! All I can tell you is that I’m directing it Aaaaaaand playing Bella Swan in the parody!
Well, Maybe i can add a few Behind The Scenes pics for you guys…
|Michael Levy filming our Jacob Black and Edward Cohen in the woods
|The accident scene where Edward saves Bella [me!]
|Alice Cohen breaks a vase in the Cohens house
|Me [Henya Mania] doing Eyal Degabli’s [Jasper] Make up
|Green screening the dogs Ichigo and Moris [and the cat Patchuli]
|Me [Henya Mania] directing the Cohen family actors
HOW AWESOME IS THAT?!
I just Love The Twilight Saga [the books though, not the movies]!
We shot for 6 days, and we’re still not done filming… But it was so exciting!
I can also add that it’s a complete vegan production! all the actors, cinematographer, producer, special effects and editors are all vegan!
